闫非,男,博士,菁英副教授/华山学者,入选2023年度“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”。
2022年加入西安电子科技大学先进材料与纳米科技学院,长期致力于电子信息功能材料与器件等领域的学习和科研工作。荣获“第十八届全国电介质物理、材料与应用学术会议”暨“第二十届全国电子元件与材料学术大会”优秀报告奖,被评为上海市优秀毕业生、同济大学优秀博士学位论文、同济大学研究生“学术先锋”等。担任《稀有金属》青年编委、Journal of Advanced Ceramics期刊青年博士审稿团成员以及Advanced Functional Materials、Journal of Advanced Ceramics、Small、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等期刊的同行审稿专家。
主要从事信息/能量存储、转换、传输、收集用的先进电子材料与器件研究,包括介电、压电、铁电材料及其元器件等,构建成分-结构-工艺-性能关系,掌握高质量电介质材料制备技术,取得了一系列新颖的研究成果。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、陕西数理基础科学研究项目、中央高校基本科研业务费等,作为技术骨干参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、重点项目等多项国家级科研课题。在Energy Storage Materials(4篇)、Nano Energy(3篇)、Small(5篇)、Chemical Engineering Journal(8篇)等国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文60余篇,同行引用3600余次,H指数为34。授权/受理国家发明专利20项。近五年以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇,其中影响因子大于10分论文11篇,包括Energy Storage Materials(中科院一区TOP,IF=20.4),Nano Energy(中科院一区TOP,IF=17.6 ),Chemical Engineering Journal (中科院一区TOP,IF=15.1)等,其中ESI前0.1%热点论文2篇,ESI前1%高被引论文5篇,单篇被引最高300余次。指导学生参加“互联网+”大赛并获得省级金奖和银奖。
