高卫峰,教授,国家级青年人才,省部级高层次人才,博士生导师,分别于2008年、2013年获西安电子科技大学学士和博士学位,先后在美国俄克拉荷马州立大学、香港城市大学访问交流3年。2014年破格晋升副教授,2019年晋升教授。现任西电-九洲先进计算联合实验室主任,兼任中国人工智能学会青年工作委员会委员、中国仿真学会智能仿真优化与调度专委会委员、中国运筹学会数学规划分会委员、陕西省工业与应用数学学会常务理事等。
荣誉和奖励:
入选国家级青年人才、省部级人才、香江学者计划、陕西省高校科协青年人才托举计划;获陕西省自然科学一等奖(2次)、陕西青年科技奖(独立)、吴文俊人工智能自然科学二等奖(第一)、吴文俊人工智能优秀青年奖(独立)、中国仿真学会ISOS专委会青年科学家奖等。
科研工作:
在IEEE Transactions等期刊上发表学术论文50余篇,以第一作者发表的论文被SCI他引1900余次,被Google Scholar引用3500余次,1篇一作论文入选ESI热点论文,4篇一作论文入选ESI高被引论文,3篇论文获Computers & Operations Research等期刊近5年“Most Cited Article”国际论文奖,得到了五十多个国家和地区的国际同行引用和正面评价,包括欧洲科学院院士、发展中国家科学院院士、10余位IEEE Fellow及IEEE Transactions系列期刊的主编和副主编等。
主持或参与国家自然科学基金、军科委、装备部、空军、华为、九洲集团等十余项科研项目。
