关于2022年6月申请博士研究生学位相关事项的通知

Notice on Matters Related to the Application for Doctoral Degree

in June 2022

各位博士：

为确保博士学位申请工作顺利开展，根据校研究生院相关文件精神（研字

〔2022〕2号），就2022年6月博士研究生学位申请工作安排如下：

Dear Doctoral candidates,

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the doctoral degree application, according to

the spirit of the relevant documents of the Graduate School ( [2022] no. 2), the

following arrangements are made for the doctoral degree application in June 2022:

一、学位申请受理对象及地点

I. Degree application accepts the object, time and place

1.受理对象：申请2022年6月授位的博士研究生

二、学位申请准备工作

II. Preparation for degree application

2018年及以后入学学生，本次学位申请通过研究生管理系统进行，请登录

2019版 研 究 生 管 理 系 统

（ 以 下 简 称 新 系 统 ）

http://ehall.xidian.edu.cn/new/index.html，按照流程表进行学位申请，按要求分别

填写个人学位申请信息，上传相似性检测论文和盲审论文，并请导师于相应时间

节点前审核。

2017年及以前入学学生，不需使用研究生管理系统，只需按照本通知内的

其他要求提交相关材料。

For students enrolled in 2018 or later,this degree application through the graduate

student management system, please login Graduate Management System 2019 edition

（Hereinafter referred to as the system）http://ehall.xidian.edu.cn/new/index.html,

follow the Degree Application Flowchart, fill in the personal degree application

information respectively, according to the requirement Upload the similarity detection

dissertation and blind review dissertation, and ask the supervisor to review before the

corresponding time.Students admitted in 2017 or before are not required to use the graduate student

management system and are required to submit the relevant materials in accordance

with the other requirements in the notice

（一）成绩单打印

2018年及以后后入学学生需完成培养计划内所有规定学分，其中“学术活

动”、“综合考试”和“教学实践”环节的学分需审核认定，请在研究生院网站

-下载专区-培养相关中查找所需的登记表和报告模版，填写信息、签字并请学院

审核完后，自行提交至研究生院培养办王老师处（新校区行政楼711）。之后通

过研究生院培养办公室或校内自助打印机等方式打印成绩单。

2017年及以前入学学生，请联系国际教育学院招生培养办公室胡老师

（

hupeii@xidian.edu.cn）申请开具成绩单。

1.Transcript Printing

For students enrolled in 2018 and later，need to complete all credits in the Training

Plan, the credits of "academic activities", "comprehensive examination" and "teaching

practice" shall be verified and identified in the following ways:please download

section in the graduate school website - - find the required training registration form

and report template, fill in the information, after the signature and school review,

Submit Submit it to Mr Wang in the Graduate School training Office (711,

Administration Building, new campus).After that, the transcript can be printed either

through the graduate School's training office or through an on-campus self-service

printer.

For students enrolled in 2017 or before,Please contact Ms. Hu (hupeii@xidian.edu.cn)

of the Admission and Quality Assurance Office of the School of International

Education to apply for the transcripts.

（二）学位论文预答辩

博士研究生在提交博士学位申请前须进行学位论文预答辩。2018年后入学

的博士研究生，还需登录新系统填写“论文预答辩管理”模块相关内容，并提交

审核。

纸质版《学位论文预答辩情况表》在提交学位申请时提交。境外学生，可采

取线上视频预答辩的形式，需留存视频文件备案。

2. Pre-Defense of Doctoral Dissertation

Doctoral candidates are required to conduct pre-defense before submitting their

doctoral degree applications.PhD students enrolled in 2018 and later，must log in thenew system to fill in relevant content of the module of "Management of Pre-Defense

of Thesis" and submit it for review.

The paper version ofInformation Form of Doctoral Dissertation Pre-Defenseshall be

submitted when submitting their degree applications. For overseas students, the

preliminary defense can be completed in the form of online video, and the video file

needs to be kept for the record.

（三）学位论文相似性检测

博士研究生办理学位申请手续前必须经过导师同意并完成学位论文相似性

检测工作，检测通过后方可提交博士学位申请。纸质版学位论文相似性检测情况

表在提交学位申请时提交。提交相似性检测的论文必须为论文的正文部分（除去

封面、目录、参考文献、附录、致谢、在学期间的研究成果等），论文电子版

须命名为：学号-作者姓名-论文题目-二级学科（领域）-导师姓名.pdf。

请将相似性检测版的学位论文发送至hupei1995@163.com，2018年及以后

入学学生还需登录新系统提交相似性检测版学位论文。招生培养办公室配合专业

学院统一组织查重。机电工程学院的学生，还需提交导师签字的《同意书》，其

电子版应命名为：学号-姓名-导师姓名-同意书。

3. Similarity Detection

Doctoral candidates must obtain the consent of their supervisor and complete the

Dissertation Similarity Detection before applying for the degree, and can only submit

the application after passing the Similarity Detection. The paper version ofSimilarity

Detection Formis submitted when submitting the degree application.The electronic

version of the dissertation submitted for Similarity Detection must be: the body

of the dissertation (excluding the cover, catalog, references, appendices,

acknowledgements, research achievements during the period of learning,

etc.),the electronic version of the dissertation submitted for Similarity Detection

should be named as: Student No.- Name-Dissertation Title- Secondary Discipline

(Field)- Supervisor's Name. Pdf .

Please send the similarity detection version of your dissertation to

hupei1995@163.com. Students enrolled in 2018 and later will also need to log in to

the new system to submit this dissertation.The office of Admission and Quality

Assurance and academic school will organize the Similarity Detection.Students in

the School of Mechano-Electronic Engineering are also required to submit aconsent form signed by their supervisor,the electronic version of the document

should be named as:Student No. - Name - Supervisor's Name - Consent Form.

（四）学位论文评审

相似性检测通过后，可提交学位申请和盲审论文（部分学院要求同步进行）。

学位论文评审存在盲审和明审两种形式。满足我校申请学位研究成果基本要求的

博士研究生，其学位论文实行双盲评审；在本学科高水平学术期刊发表学术论文

的博士研究生，其学位论文可以申请免除双盲评审，只参加明审。申请学位论文

免盲审的博士研究生，在提交学位申请手续前请在研究生系统“研究生成长数

据库”中录入成果信息，并办理完相关审批签字手续（免盲审申请表、检索证

明及分区证明）。纸质版免盲审申请表在提交学位申请时提交。

用于盲审的学位论文，封面及正文中必须隐去作者学号、姓名、指导教师

姓名等相关信息，作者本人的研究成果请务必保留,删除具体作者信息，但应体

现作者的排序，如第一作者、第一发明人等。学位论文的正文部分需除去创新

性声明、附录、致谢、作者简介。论文封面的作者姓名处必须填写上论文编号。

电子版盲审论文的命名规则，请等待学院通知。请 将盲审论文发送至

hupei1995@163.com，2018年及以后入学学生还需登录新系统提交盲审版学位论

文。

盲审学位论文由专业学院送出，明审学位论文由答辩秘书或学生本人按照导

师指定的评审专家名单送出。学位论文送审周期一般为2个月，论文送审期间，

任何人不得以任何理由催要评审结果。

4.Dissertation Review

Students who pass the Similarity Detection can submit degree application and blind

review version of dissertation(Some schools require it to be done simultaneously).

There are two forms of dissertation evaluation: blind review and open review.For

doctoral candidates who meet the basic requirements of the research achievements of

our university, their dissertations will be blind review. Doctoral students who have

published academic papers in high-level academic journals of their discipline can

apply for exemption from blind review and only participate in the Open

Review.Doctoral candidates who apply for exemption from Blind Review for

their dissertation , please input the achievement information in the "Graduate

Growth database" of the new system, and complete the relevant approval and

signature procedures before submitting the degree application(Application form

for Exemption from Blind Review, Searching Evidence of Academic Papers andProof of Zoning).The paper version of Application Form of Blind Review Sparing of

Phd Dissertation should be submitted at the time of submitting the degree application.

For blind review dissertations,the author's student number, name, supervisor's

name and other relevant information must be omitted from the cover and text of

the dissertation. The author's own research results must be retained. The specific

author information should be deleted, but the order of the author, such as the

first author and the first inventor, should be reflected. In the body of the

dissertation, the innovative statement, appendix, acknowledgement and author

introduction should be removed. For the position of the author's name on the

cover of the dissertation, please fill in the code confirmed by your school.Please

wait for the notification of the school for the naming rules of the blind dissertation

electronic version.Please send the blind review version of your dissertation to

hupei1995@163.com. Students enrolled in 2018 and later will also need to log in to

the new system to submit this dissertation.

The doctoral dissertation of blind review is sent out by the academic school, and the

dissertation of open review is sent out by the defense secretary or the student himself

according to the list of evaluation experts designated by the supervisor.The review

period of dissertation is generally 2 months, during the period, no one shall demand

the result of the review for any reason.

（五）提前学位答辩办理

申请提前学位论文答辩的博士研究生，在提交学位申请手续前需办理完相关

审批签字手续。纸质版《提前答辩申请表》在提交学位申请时提交。

5.Application For Early Defense

Doctoral candidates who apply for Early Defense shall complete the relevant approval

and signature formalities before submitting the degree application. The paper version

of theApplication Form for Early Defense of Phd Dissertationshould be submitted

when submitting the degree application.

（六）学术论文检索证明办理

SCI、SSCI、EI等学术论文检索（源刊）证明由校图书馆出具，在提交学位

申请时提交。境外学生，可联系图书馆029-88204090/029-88201920远程办理相

关证明。6.Searching Evidence of Academic Papers

Searching evidence of academic papers published in SCI, SSCI, EI journals issued by

the university library. Submit it when submitting degree application.Overseas students

can contact the library at 029-88204090/029-88201920 to apply for relevant

certificates remotely.

（七）登录研究生系统

2018年及以后入学学生提交纸质版学位申请材料前，请务必登录新系统，填

写研究生成长数据库、学位申请信息、学位论文信息和学术研究成果信息，相关

信息填写完毕且导师审核通过后，方可向专业学院提交纸质版学位申请材料。

2018年及以后入学学生的研究成果要求遵循2018版授位文件执行，2017年

及以前入学学生的研究成果要求遵循2010版授位文件执行。学术研究成果没有

达到学位申请要求者，一律不许提交学位申请。

For students enrolled in 2018 and after，before submitting the paper version of the

degree application materials, please be sure to log in the new system ,fill graduate

growth database,degree application information, dissertation information and

academic research achievements information.After the relevant information is filled in

and approved by the supervisor,you can submit a paper version of your degree

application materials to the Academic School.

The academic research achievements of students admitted in 2018 and after will

be subject to the 2018 edition of the degree awarding document. The academic

research achievements of students admitted in 2017 and before will be subject to

the 2010 edition of the he degree awarding document.Applicants whose academic

research achievements do not meet the requirements for degree application shall

not be allowed to submit their application for degree.

三、学位申请材料提交清单

1.课程成绩单1份(须完成额定学分要求）

2.开题报告表和中期考核报告表各1份

3.在学期间的研究成果汇总清单及主要成果原件或复印件（复印件需导师签

字）

4.SCI、SSCI、EI期刊论文的检索证明（如在非《参考目录》中的SCI、SSCI、

EI英文期刊发表论文，且论文处于未检索状态，请提供相应的源刊证明）

5.预答辩情况表

6.相似性检测情况表

7.免盲审申请表（仅针对免盲审申请人员）8.提前答辩申请表（仅针对提前答辩人员）

9.研究生学位论文定密审批表（仅针对涉密论文）

10.博士学位论文明审评阅人名单（需导师签字）

11.明审或盲审的博士学位论文

12.明审或盲审的“博士学位论文评阅书”和“博士学位论文自评表”

13.学位论文盲审费用

以上材料核对无误后在材料清单上签名确认，材料清单和提交材料由博士研

究生自备材料袋按照顺序装好。

III.List of Documents to be Submitted for Applying for Doctoral Degree

1. 1 copy of Transcript (should complete the credit requirements)

2. 1 copy of Doctoral Degree Dissertation Proposal and Mid-Term Examination

Report Form For PhD Dissertation

3. List of Research Achievements of Doctoral Candidates During the Period of

Learning, and the original or photocopy of main research achievement (the photocopy

should be signed by the supervisor)

4. Searching Evidence of Academic Papers published in SCI, SSCI, EI journals.

If the academic papers are published in SCI, SSCI, EI journals which are not in the

reference catalog, and the papers are not searched, please provide the corresponding

source journal certification (issued by the library); and offer for acceptance thesis (the

electronic offer requires the signature of the supervisor.)

13.Blind Review Fees for DissertationsPlease sign in the List of Documents to be Submitted for Applying for Doctoral

Degree for confirmation if there is nothing wrong with the above mentioned

documents. The above documents shall be packed by the material bags provided by

the doctoral students in order.

四、答辩审批

学位论文评审意见全部返回并且通过后，博士研究生一般要提前3天到专业

学院和研究生院学位办公室办理答辩审批手续。

胡老师的，不必重复提交 ）

9.博士学位论文答辩公告（仅针对2018年及以后入学学生，从研究生系统

下载打印，加盖研究生院学位办公室公章）

博士学位论文答辩要求遵照《西安电子科技大学来华留学硕士、博士研究生

培养与学位授予细则（

2018年修订）》执行。

IV. Dissertation Defense examination and approval

After all the review opinions of dissertation are returned and passed, the doctoral

candidates should generally go to the Academic School and the Degree Office of the

Graduate School to handle the examination and approval procedures for defense 3

days in advance. List of materials for examination and approval of the dissertation

defense:

2.Examination and Approval for Doctoral Degree

3.Review Opinion for Doctoral Degree Dissertation

4.Instructions for Modification of Doctoral Degree Dissertation and Supervisor’s

Review and Approval (Before defense)

5.Information Form of Personnel who Applied Doctor’s Degree（

Please send the

electronic version to email for the academic school）6.Acceptance Form of Software and Hardware for Graduates

7.Graduation photos (2 copies of 2-inch photos with blue background, submitted

to the office of academic school. If it has been submitted to Ms. Hu, there is no need

to submit it again)

8.Postgraduate Dissertation Defense Vote（

stamped with the official seal of the

academic school）

9. Doctoral Dissertation Defense Announcement (For students enrolled in 2018

and later only, download and print from the graduate system, affixed with the official

seal of Graduate School Degree Office)

Doctoral dissertation defense is required to comply with the documentDetailed

Regulations on Cultivation and Degree Awarding for International Master Degree

and Doctoral Candidates in Xidian University.

五、抽查评估

博士学位论文答辩完毕后，由研究生院学位办公室统一组织学位论文校内抽

查评估工作。抽查评估名单公布后，未被抽查的博士研究生可向招生培养办公室

提交电子版和纸质版学位论文；被抽查的博士研究生按照要求参与抽查评估，按

照抽查评估专家评审意见修改论文后方可提交学位论文电子版和纸质版。

V. Spot Examination And Evaluation

After the defense of the doctoral dissertation,the Degree Office of the

Graduate Schoolshall uniformly organize the Spot Examination and Evaluation of

the dissertation. After the list of Spot Examination is published, doctoral candidates

who have not been selective can submit the electronic version and paper version of

dissertations to the Office of Admission and Quality Assurance. Doctoral students

subject to spot examination shall participate in the spot examination as required, and

submit the electronic version and paper version of the dissertation after revising the

dissertation in accordance with the expert evaluation opinions of spot examination

and evaluation.

料一起用于存档，4本向图书馆提交。被抽查的研究生按照专家意见修改论文后

方可提交学位论文）

VI. Submission of materials after dissertation defense

Submit the following materials to the office of academic school as soon as

possible after the dissertation defense:

applicants of exempt from blind review)

applicants of Early Defense)

7.Review and Approval Form for Determination of Confidentiality Level(only

for confidential dissertation)

8. List of Open Review Experts Regarding PhD Dissertation

10.Supervisor's Recommendations for Applying for PhD

17.Doctoral dissertation (electronic version and 4 paper versions of dissertation

need to submitted to the library, 1 paper version needs to submit to academic school

for the archiving purposes. Doctoral students subject to spot examination can submit

their dissertations after revising their dissertations in accordance with the expert

opinions.

注意：所有提交的电子版及纸质版材料，需将所有信息填写完整。字体字号需

遵循文件原有的规范格式，无多余空白页，无错误跨页，

Note: For all electronic and paper materials to be submitted, all information

must be filled in completely.The font size should follow the original standard

format of the document, with no extra blank pages and no error across pages.
