关于2022年6月申请硕士研究生学位相关事项的通知

Notice on Matters Related to the Application for Master's Degree in

June 2022

根据研字（2022）2号关于开展2022年硕士学位申请工作的通知，为做好

2021年硕士研究生学位申请工作，确保各项工作的顺利开展，现将相关事项安

排如下：

According to the notice on applying for master's degree in 2022 issued by no.2

(2022) of the Master program, in order to ensure the smooth development of all work,

the relevant matters are arranged as follows:

一、申请范围：申请2022年6月授位的硕士研究生

I. Scope of Application:The master students who apply for master's degree in

June 2022.

2018年及以后入学学生，本次学位申请通过研究生管理系统进行，请登录

2019版 研 究 生 管 理 系 统

（ 以 下 简 称 新 系 统 ）

http://ehall.xidian.edu.cn/new/index.html，按照流程表进行学位申请，按要求分别

填写个人学位申请信息，上传相似性检测论文和盲审论文，并请导师于相应时间

节点前审核。

2017年及以前入学学生，不需使用研究生管理系统，只需按照本通知内的

其他要求提交相关材料。

For students enrolled in 2018 or later,this degree application through the graduate

student management system, please login Graduate Management System 2019 edition

（Hereinafter referred to as the system）http://ehall.xidian.edu.cn/new/index.html,

follow the Degree Application Flowchart, fill in the personal degree application

information respectively, according to the requirement Upload the similarity detection

dissertation and blind review dissertation, and ask the supervisor to review before the

corresponding time.

Students admitted in 2017 or before are not required to use the graduate student

management system and are required to submit the relevant materials in accordance

with the other requirements in the notice

1、相似性检测相似性检测的论文必须为论文的正文部分（除去封面、目录、参考文献、

附录、致谢、在学期间的研究成果等），论文电子版须命名为：学号-作者姓名-

论文题目-二级学科（领域）-导师姓名.pdf。

所有硕士生经导师审核同意后，才可参加相似性检测。请登录新系统提交相

似 性 检 测 学 位 论 文 ， 并 同 时 将电 子 版 学 位 论 文 （PDF文 档 ） 发 送 至

hupei1995@163.com，由招生培养办公室配合专业学院统一组织查重。人工智能

学院的学生还需提交《研究生在学期间研究成果情况表》。机电工程学院的学生，

还需提交导师签字的《同意书》(其电子版应命名为：学号-姓名-导师姓名-同意

书)和《在学期间研究成果清单列表》，如没有相应成果，则此次不能申请学位。

1. Similarity Detection

The electronic version of the dissertation submitted for Similarity Detection must

be: the body of the dissertation (excluding the cover, catalog, references,

appendices, acknowledgements, research achievements during the period of

learning, etc.),the electronic version of the dissertation should be named as:

student id- name-dissertation title- secondary discipline (field)- supervisor's

name. Pdf.

All master students can participate in the similarity detection only after being

approved by their supervisor. Please log in to the new system to submit your

dissertation for similarity detection, and at the same time send your electronic

dissertation (PDF file) to hupei1995@163.com. The office of Admission and Quality

Assurance and Academic School will organize the Similarity Detection. Students

from the School of Artificial Intelligence are also required to submit aResearch

Achievement Form of Graduate at University.Students in the School of

Mechano-Electronic Engineering are also required to submit aConsent Formsigned

by their supervisor（

the electronic version of the document should be named as:

Student No. - Name - Supervisor's Name - Consent Form）and"List of research

Achievements during study",if there is no corresponding achievements, you cannot

apply for the degree this time.

2.学位申请及论文评审

相似性检测通过后，可提交学位申请和盲审论文（部分学院要求同步进行）。

论文评审存在盲审和明审两种形式，盲审学位论文由专业学院送出，明审学位论文由答辩秘书或学生本人按照导师指定的评审专家名单送出。学位论文送审周期

一般为2个月，论文送审期间，任何人不得以任何理由催要评审结果。

用于盲审的学位论文，封面及正文中必须隐去作者学号、姓名、指导教师

姓名等相关信息，作者本人的研究成果请务必保留,删除具体作者信息，但应体

现作者的排序，如第一作者、第一发明人等。学位论文的正文部分需除去创新

性声明、附录、致谢、作者简介。论文封面的作者姓名处必须填写上论文编号。

用于盲审的学位论文电子版的命名规则请等待各学院通知。请将盲审版论文发送

至hupei1995@163.com并提交至新系统内。

2.Degree Application and Dissertation Review

Students who pass the Similarity Detection can submit degree application and blind

review version of dissertation (Some schools require it to be done simultaneously).

There are two forms of dissertation evaluation: blind review and open review.The

dissertation of blind review is sent out by the academic school, and the dissertation of

open review is sent out by the defense secretary or the student himself according to

the list of evaluation experts designated by the supervisor.The review period of

dissertation is generally 2 months, during the period, no one shall demand the result of

the review for any reason.

For blind review dissertations,the author's student number, name, supervisor's

name and other relevant information must be omitted from the cover and text of

the dissertation. The author's own research results must be retained. The specific

author information should be deleted, but the order of the author, such as the

first author and the first inventor, should be reflected. In the body of the

dissertation, the innovative statement, appendix, acknowledgement and author

introduction should be removed. For the position of the author's name on the

cover of the dissertation, please fill in the code confirmed by your school.The

naming rules for the electronic version of dissertation used for blind review should be

notified by each school.Please send the blind review dissertation to

hupei1995@163.com and submit it to the new system.

3.答辩审批

答辩日期一经确定，答辩秘书至少应在答辩前3天，登录新系统填写每个学

生的答辩信息，并将其所有评审意见书、软硬件验收表、学位审批书和表决票（需

盖院章）交至学院办公室，进行审批，未经审批的学生答辩无效。审批后，导师

团队组织答辩。3.Dissertation Defense Examination and Approval

Once the date of Dissertation Defense is determined, The defense secretary should log

on to the new system at least 3 days before the defense, fill in the defense information

of each student, and submit all theReview Opinions Forms,theAcceptance Form of

Software and Hardware for Postgraduates,Examination and Approval for Master's

Degree and Postgraduate Dissertation Defense Vote（School seal is required）

,to the

office of the academic school for approval. The defense of the student without

approval is invalid.After the examination and approval, the supervisor team will

organize the defense.

4.学术成果要求

2018年及以后入学学生的研究成果要求遵循2018版授位文件执行，2017年

及以前入学学生的研究成果要求遵循2010版授位文件执行。学术研究成果没有

达到学位申请要求者，一律不许提交学位申请。

4.The Academic Research Achievements

The academic research achievements of students admitted in 2018 and after will

be subject to the 2018 edition of the degree awarding document. The academic

research achievements of students admitted in 2017 and before will be subject to

the 2010 edition of the he degree awarding document.Applicants whose academic

research achievements do not meet the requirements for degree application shall

not be allowed to submit their application for degree.

5.抽查评估

学位论文答辩完毕后，由研究生院学位办公室统一组织学位论文校内抽查评

估工作。抽查评估名单公布后，未被抽查的学生可向专业学院办公室提交电子版

和纸质版学位论文；被抽查的学生按照要求参与抽查评估，按照抽查评估专家评

审意见修改论文后方可提交学位论文电子版和纸质版。

5. Spot Examination And Evaluation

After the dissertation defense,the Degree Office of the Graduate Schoolshall

uniformly organize the Spot Examination and Evaluation of the dissertation. After the

list of Spot Examination is published, students who have not been selective can

submit the electronic version and paper version of dissertations to the Office of

Academic School, students subject to spot examination shall participate in the spot

examination as required, and submit the electronic version and paper version of the

dissertation after revising the dissertation in accordance with the expert evaluation

opinions of spot examination and evaluation.三、答辩后材料提交

学生答辩完毕后尽快向专业学院办公室提交以下材料：

1.答辩学位审批书1本 ，成绩单1份（须完成额定学分要求）

2.所有的评审意见表3-5份

3.软硬件验收表1份

4.论文开题报告1份（导师签名）

5.中期检查报告1份（导师签名）

6.中英文大摘要(1份)（导师签名）

7.答辩投票表决票3-7份

8.论文相似性检测情况表

9.答辨前后的论文修改说明（导师签字）

10.答辩决议1份（对于2018级及以后的学生，答辩秘书需将答辩决议录入

网上系统；对于2017级及以前的学生，需提交答辩主席签字的一份纸质版文件。）

11.学位论文（电子版向图书馆提交，纸质版5本，1本和其他资料一起用于

存档，4本向图书馆提交。被抽查的研究生按照专家意见修改论文后方可提交学

位论文）

III.Submission of materials after dissertation defense

Submit the following materials to the Office of Academic School as soon as possible

after the doctoral defense:

1. Examination and Approval for Master's Degree, Transcript (should complete

the credit requirements), 1 copy

2.All the Review Opinion forms, 3-7 copies

3.Acceptance Form of Software and Hardware for Postgraduates, 1copy

4.Master Degree Dissertation Proposal, 1 copy (supervisor signature is required)

5.Mid-Term Examination Report Form, 1 copy (supervisor signature is required)

6.Abstract in English and Chinese, 1 copy( supervisor signature is required)

7. Postgraduate Dissertation Defense Vote, 3-5 copies

8. Similarity Detection Form

9. Instructions for Modification of Master Degree Dissertation (After Defense)

and Instructions for Modification of Master Degree Dissertation (Before Defense).

(supervisor signature is required)

10.The Resolution of Defense,1 copy,( For students enrolled in 2018 and later,

the defense secretary shall input the defense resolution into the online system.Forstudents enrolled in 2017 or before, 1 paper versions of the Resolution of Defense

signed by the chairman of the defense committee is required.)

11.Dissertation (electronic version and 4 paper versions of dissertation need to

submitted to the library, 1 paper version needs to submit to academic school for the

archiving purposes. Students subject to spot examination can only submit their

dissertations after revising their dissertations in accordance with the expert opinions.

附录：硕士论文评审及答辩、审批要求：

（所有纸质材料全部为研究生院网上新版格式）

Appendix: Requirements for Evaluation, Defense and Approval of Master's

Dissertation:(all materials are in the new online format of the Graduate School)

1.硕士学位论文应有两位评阅人，其中应有一名外单位专家。评阅人应是同行或

相关学科的专业水平较高、作风正派、工作认真负责的教授、副教授或相当专业

技术职务的专家。

1.There shall be two reviewers for the master's degree dissertation, including one

external expert. The reviewers shall be professors, associate professors or experts of

equivalent professional and technical positions of their peers or related disciplines

with high professional level, decent style and serious and responsible attitude.

2.论文评审中如遇一名评阅人的评语属否定的，一般应暂缓安排该论文答辩，由

研究生院或学院学位评定委员会组织复议或要求作者修改论文。如果有两位评阅

人(包括增聘的评阅人)的评语均属否定的，则本次申请无效，一般应在一年内重

新申请。

2.If one reviewer's comment is negative in the Dissertation Evaluation, the

Dissertation Defense shall be postponed, and the Graduate School or School

Academic Degree Evaluation Committee shall organize reconsideration or request the

author to revise the dissertation. If the comments of two reviewers (including the

additional reviewers) are both negative, the application of master's degree is invalid

and a new application should be made within one year
