Subordinating to School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering of Xidian University, our research laboratory is specialized in the research of photodetection theory and its applications. Guided by the leading edge basic research and aiming at the key problems in engineering application, we are working on new ways of application of theory, method and technology, including light scattering of objects, laser atmospheric transmission characteristics, photoelectric signal detection and processing theory, laser radar, wireless optical communication and other research directions. Our laboratory aims to serve the national industry and national economy, through the scientific research and talent training, by building itself into a unique and innovative research base in the field of photodetection.
