教师简介(中英文):

刘德军,1989年毕业于贵州大学半导体物理与器件专业,2006年获贵州大学机械工程专业硕士学位。1989年进入中国振华集团永光电子有限公司(国营第八七三厂),主要从事半导体分立器件研制,历任技术员、技术组长、副主任、主任。现为振华集团副总工。

李呈,2009年进入成都华微电子科技有限公司,主要从事集成电路的设计与关键工艺开发,现担任公司公共技术中心主任。

Liu Dejun, graduated from Guizhou University with a major in semiconductor physics and devices in 1989, and received a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Guizhou University in 2006. In 1989, he joined China Zhenhua Group Yongguang Electronics Co., Ltd. (state-owned No. 873 Factory), mainly engaged in semiconductors Discrete device development, successively served as technician, technical team leader, deputy director, and director. Now he is the deputy chief engineer of Zhenhua Group.

Li Cheng, joined Chengdu Huawei Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. in 2009, mainly engaged in integrated circuit design and key process development, and is currently the director of the company's public technology center.

课程简介(中英文):

本课程面向半导体技术领域的人才培养,结合我国电子信息产业集团在半导体领域的研究现状和企业需求,向有志于芯片报国的学生讲授分立器件和模拟集成电路的工艺与技术。课程内容涵盖了分立器件的研制、选型、应用,以及模拟集成电路的版图设计、保护环设计、封装技术等。要求学生对半导体技术有浓厚兴趣。

This course is oriented to the cultivation of talents in the field of semiconductor technology. Combining the research status of my country's electronic information industry groups in the semiconductor field and the needs of enterprises, it teaches the technology and technology of discrete devices and analog integrated circuits to students who are interested in serving the country with chips. The course content covers the development, selection, and application of discrete devices, as well as the layout design, guard ring design, and packaging technology of analog integrated circuits. Students are required to have a strong interest in semiconductor technology.
