授课教师为陕西科强融合创新研究院院长，历任西安阎良国家航空高技术产业基地管委会，先后担任经济发展局局长、综合保税区筹建办主任、发展策划局局长、党政办公室主任、招商局局长，西安中科光机投资控股有限公司副总经理。具有丰富的管理经验，并将经验归纳总结，在CSSCI期刊中发表学术论文4篇，并获得陕西高等学校人文社会科学研究优秀成果二等奖等相关奖项。

The teaching instructor is the President of Shaanxi Science and Technology Integration Innovation Research Institute, who has served as the Management Committee of Xi'an Yanliang National Aviation High tech Industrial Base. He has successively served as the Director of the Economic Development Bureau, the Director of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone Preparation Office, the Director of the Development Planning Bureau, the Director of the Party and Government Office, the Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau, and the Deputy General Manager of Xi'an Zhongke Optical Machinery Investment Holding Co., Ltd. Having rich management experience and summarizing the experience, I have published 4 academic papers in CSSCI journals and won the second prize of Excellent Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences Research in Shaanxi Higher Education Institutions and other related awards.

课程简介（中英文）：

课程以理论知识与案例分析相结合，针对创业者在实际创业过程中必须面对的具体问题，重点从创业企业设立、股权优化设计、合伙人选择、科技成果评估、商业计划书编写、创业素养提升、公司治理常识等方面进行讲授，让大学生对创业有一个基本了解和认识，激发大学生创业热情。

The course combines theoretical knowledge with case analysis, focusing on the specific problems that entrepreneurs must face in the actual entrepreneurial process. It focuses on teaching from aspects such as the establishment of entrepreneurial enterprises, equity optimization design, partner selection, technology achievement evaluation, business plan writing, entrepreneurial literacy improvement, and common sense of corporate governance. It provides college students with a basic understanding and understanding of entrepreneurship and stimulates their entrepreneurial enthusiasm.
