课程从工业软件背景及发展历程切入,探讨工业软件发展趋势及前景。介绍工业软件分类,并由EDA软件引出DFM、DFX的概念,讲解其与EDA软件的关系。举例讲解DFM面向制造的PCBA检查和PCB检查、面向测试的检查,并对比DFM与EDA设计时规则约束(DRC)的区别。简述CAM领域的代表工业软件,并以锡膏印刷钢网设计、智能贴片机程序设计和PCBA可测试性设计软件为例,展示工业软件对电子制造业设计、生产的效率及准确性的提升。
This course starts from the background and development process of industrial software and explores the development trend and prospects of industrial software. It mainly introduces industrial software classification, and further leads the concepts of DFM and DFX through EDA software, explaining its relationship with EDA software. Through examples, PCBA/PCB inspection and test-oriented inspection based on DFM are explained. Then compare the difference between DFM and EDA design rules (DRC). Next, briefly describe the representative industrial software in the CAM field to display the efficiency and accuracy of industrial software in the design and production of electronic manufacturing through some examples. Including the creation of the solder paste printing stencil, the program design of the intelligent patch machine, and the PCBA testability design software.
