教师简介(中英文):张卫东教授为微电子学方向的知名教授,是利物浦约翰·摩尔斯大学(LJMU)半导体器件研究方向的领军人物。张卫东教授领导的科研团队与欧洲微电子中心(IMEC)已开展合作超过15年,其合作伙伴包括英特尔,美光,三星,西部数据,SK海力士和东芝。张卫东教授目前主要的研究方向为针对半导体器件的表征以及可靠性评估。这些半导体器件包括电阻开关,闪存器件,选择器器件,硅基,锗基和III-V族CMOS器件以及GaN HEMT器件。他的工作主要发表在国际知名期刊和顶级会议上,包括应用物理快报(APL),IEEE电子器件快报(EDL)等。并多次担任国际会议组委会成员。

Prof. Weidong Zhang, well-known in microelectronics, is a leading researcher in semiconductor devices at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU). Prof. Zhang’s team has been working with the European Microelectronics Center (IMEC) for more than 15 years and keeping the partnership with Intel, Micron, Samsung, Western Digital, SK Hynix and Toshiba. At present, Prof. Zhang's research field is characterization and reliability evaluation of semiconductor devices. These semiconductor devices include resistive switches, flash memory devices, selector devices, silicon-based CMOS, germanium-based CMOS, III-V CMOS and GaN HEMT. His findings have been published in some famous international journals and top conferences, including Applied Physics Letters (APL), IEEE Electron Device Letters (EDL) and so on. Moreover, he has been the member of the organizing committee of international conferences for many times.

课程简介(中英文):本课程旨在介绍半导体晶体管与电路的小信号等效模型、运算放大器的应用,以及组合与时序数字逻辑电路的工作模式。本课程的学习包括以下几个部分:

(1)通过使用二极管和晶体管特性来分析电子器件,以实现简单的放大器设计。

(2)描述模拟信号处理的电路设计。

(3)通过分析和设计基本组合数字电路来检测电特性。

(4)分析时序数字电路及其应用。

This course is to provide an introduction to semiconductor transistors and circuits with their small-signal equivalent model, the use of operational amplifiers, and the operation of combinational and sequential digital logic circuits.

This course of study by providing the following learning outcomes:

(1)Analyze electronics by using diode and transistor characteristics for simple amplifier design.

(2)Describe circuits design for analog signal processing.

(3)Examine electronics through analyzing and designing basic combinational digital circuits.

(4)Identify sequential digital circuits and applications.
