王保仓，男，1979年3月生，教授，博士，西安电子科技大学密码学专业博士生、硕士研究生导师。2001年获西安电子科技大学理学学士学位（计算数学）；2004年获西安电子科技大学理学硕士学位（密码学）；2006年获西安电子科技大学工学博士学位（密码学）。
