张璐,博士,硕士生导师,副教授,现就职于西安电子科技大学先进材料与纳米科技学院。2012-6和2017-06分别于兰州大学获得物理学理学学士和材料物理与化学博士学位,2019-09至2021-10期间在以色列内盖夫本古里安大学从事博士后研究,2017年至今在西安电子科技大学先进材料与纳米科技学院工作。主要研究领域包括(1)宽禁带半导体材料的制备及核探测与防护应用,(2)多功能纳米传感材料与智能传感系统,(3)界面载流子输运研究。主持国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金面上和青年项目、国防科技重点实验室项目以及多项校企联合项目。目前在Advanced Functional Materials、Nano Energy、Nano Letter、Nano Research、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、ACS Applied Material & Interface等杂志发表论文30余篇。
