Profile:

前imec 氮化镓器件研发组组长。毕业于比利时鲁汶大学并获得博士学位。自2012年始，深度参与并领导imec GaN器件研发。全球首发了200mm CMOS兼容的650V GaN 横向晶体管，且通过工业级别可靠性验证。基于MVSG模型，为imec GaN器件建立了物理紧凑模型，开发了GaN集成电路设计平台的PDK。欧盟项目UltimateGaN课题负责人，开发1200V GaN 垂直器件 及 应用于Lidar 的100V GaN 横向器件。
