In 2015, I got my doctoral degree in department of administration management ( Ranking No. 1 in China), Xi’an Jiaotong University. Since that time, I have been working as a research fellow at department of Management & Organizations, Xidian University, Shaanxi Province, PR China.


Then, the China Scholarship Council (CSC) provided me financial support to study in the University of Central Florida.


My current research focuses on (1) the dynamic feedback formation mechanism of challenge-oriented and affiliative-oriented organizational citizenship behavior (project supported by the Young Scientist Project of Natural Science Foundation of China, Grant No. 90309160064); (2) the feedback formation mechanism of challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior ( project supported by the Postdoctoral Sustentation Fund of China, Grant No. 30101166300); (3) The impact of high-order implicit goals on challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior (project supported by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, Grant No. 20103166300).
