Profile:

薛松,副教授,硕士生导师。于2016年在澳大利亚科廷大学(Curtin University)获博士学位(机械工程专业),2012年在大连理工大学获硕士学位(机械制造及其自动化专业),2009年在合肥工业大学获工学学士学位(机械设计制造及其自动化专业)。201608月至201802月在澳大利亚科廷大学(Curtin University)从事博士后研究,201803月起在西安电子科技大学机电工程学院担任讲师,202209月起任西安电子科技大学机电工程学院副教授。

围绕高性能电子装备结构的可靠性保障难题,近年来发表高水平论文40多篇,授权发明专利20项,其中转化1项,授权软著6项,以第1作者出版学术专著《天线机电热耦合:ANSYS建模与仿真》,主持国家重点研究计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、校所横向合作课题等项目。荣获2021年陕西省技术发明二等奖、2019年陕西电子学会科学技术二等奖,2018年机械电子学学术年会优秀论文奖,2017年西澳大利亚IPREP项目,2016年科廷大学HDR论文奖,是陕西高校青年创新团队电子装备机电耦合创新团队核心成员,多次担任国际/国内会议分会主席等职务,并多次在学术会议/大学/研究所做主题报告。

Research Focus

  • (1)先进电子封装结构的多场耦合设计与形性协同制造;
    开展射频微系统三维封装结构的电-热-力多场耦合效应、芯片-封装-系统跨尺度多场协同设计、电子封装关键成形工艺的优化分析、高密度异质封装与集成的热管理、柔性电子封装三维结构力学设计等工作,助力先进电子封装结构可靠性提升。
    (2)复杂机电装备的结构/性能/控制一体化协同设计与可靠性分析
    开展超大口径天线传动复杂界面相互作用的动态接触机理、传动系统非线性动力学建模、知识与数据联合驱动的天线装备状态监测、复杂环境下大口径天线的变形机理与调控、大口径天线驱动系统系统时滞性与指向误差补偿要素的控制匹配机制等工作,保障设备的性能。
