2007年本科毕业于兰州大学微电子专业,2012年获得工学博士学位(兰州大学与中国科学院微电子研究所联合培养),2012年-2014年在新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究工作,同年加入西安电子科技大学宽带隙半导体技术重点实验室。主要从事关于类脑计算、感算/感存算一体器件、人工智能硬件、神经形态器件等方面的研究,在Nature Communications,IEEE IEDM,IEEE Electron Dev. Lett.,Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Small, App. Phys. Lett.等微电子领域旗舰会议与主流期刊发表论文90余篇,相关研究成果被IEEE Spectrum, New Scientist, Nanowerk,Advanced Science News,Material Views China等媒体网站作为研究亮点进行报道。主持及参与国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划等项目多项。
