博士，教授，博士生和硕士生导师。2002年在西安电子科技大学获计算机科学与技术硕士学位，2006年在西安电子科技大学获信息与通信工程博士学位。2009年8月至2010年8月在美国Pennsylvania State University完成博士后的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。在包括IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing，IEEE Internet of Things Journal等刊物上发表论文20余篇，授权发明专利10余项，相关研究成果获得华为火花奖。
