本科就读于西安交通大学微电子专业,硕士博士就读于西安交通大学电子与信息工程学院控制科学与工程专业,主要研究方向为计算机体系结构、集成电路与系统设计方向。作为主要技术骨干先后参与国家863计划分课题“面向RRAM的固态硬盘控制器原型设计与验证(编号:2011AA010405)”、国家自然科学基金面上项目“面向下一代移动终端的高性能低功耗主存系统结构(编号:61274028)”和国家“核高基”重大专项子课题“计算机存储系统仿真与新型存储系统架构研究(项目编号:2010ZX01032-001-001-006)”三项课题。在IEEE Transactions Computers、IEEE Transations on Circuits and Systems-I、IEEE Internet of Things Journal、 ACM MobiCom等国内外核心期刊和国际会议上发表论文14篇。目前的主要研究方向包括人工智能安全、侧信道攻击、硬件安全等。
