      个人简介:


      侯松岩博士,西安电子科技大学华山菁英教授。


      2016年本科毕业于苏州大学;2020年博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程学院;2020-2022年在美国三大光学中心之一的亚利桑那大学光科学院从事博士后研究工作;2022年6月加入西安电子科技大学广州研究院第三代半导体创新中心。主要从事微纳光学、集成光学、薄膜铌酸锂集成光电子芯片等研究。至今共发表学术论文15篇,谷歌总引用达419次。以第一、共一或通讯作者身份在国际高影响力期刊发表论文8篇。研究成果广泛发表于Science Advances、ACS Photonics、Advanced Optical Materials等国际高水平期刊,研究成果被nanoWerk、PHYS.ORG等多家国际媒体报道,多次参加在日本、美国、新加坡、捷克等国家举办的国际学术会议,受邀担任国际电磁学会议PIERS2023、META2024分会场主席。目前担任Frontiers in Photonics、Frontiers in Physics客座编辑,AmericanJournal of Optics and Photonics编辑,担任新材料科学与技术发展平台专家委员会理事。


      基于此,课题组主要的研究方向有:光电子集成器件薄膜铌酸锂光电子器件等。
