冯志玺,博士,西安电子科技大学人工智能学院副教授、硕士生导师。智能感知与图像处理教育部重点实验室成员。


2008年至2012年就读于兰州理工大学自动化专业。2012年保送至西安电子科技大学电路与系统专业攻读硕士,2014年提前转博,2018年获得信息与通信工程(智能信息处理)博士学位。攻读研究生期间,两次获得研究生国家奖学金、多次获得优秀研究生、优秀研究生干部、优秀毕业生等荣誉称号。


主要从事智能目标信息感知与机器学习相关研究工作。近年来,先后参与“973”计划、自然基金重点项目、重大研究计划、“十三五”装备预研等多项项目。主持国家自然科学面上项目、青年基金、博士后基金、陕西省自然科学基金及重点实验室开放课题等项目。
