Professor Jun LIU，President of City University of Macau，and his delegation visited Xidian on December 1st 2021. President Zongkai YANG, Vice President Guangming SHI and representatives from relative divisions and schools welcomed the delegation at south campus.

Prof. Yang extended his welcome to the delegation. He expressed his will to take this visit as an opportunity to promote all-round cooperation with the City University of Macau. Guangming Shi introduced the history, superior disciplines, and international cooperation of Xidian University.

Jun Liu hoped to kick off cooperation with XDU in disciplines of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. Both universities hope to expand and deepen cooperation in the future, and incorporate with the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

After the meeting, the delegation visited the AI+ Education Center, Science and Technology Achievement Exhibition and The State Key Laboratory of Integrated Services Network.
