On the afternoon of December 23rd, the Division of Community and International Networking of the University Tunku Abdul Rahman Malaysia and the Division of International Cooperation and Exchanges of Xidian University held an online meeting. , the Director Lai Soon Onn , the Deputy Director Chen Yiqi, and Senior Assistant Manager Liu Dan from the Division of Community and International Networking of University Tunku Abdul Rahman attended the meeting. Guo Tong welcomed the representatives of the University Tunku Abdul Rahman. She introduced the current development of Xidian University and the successful holding of the Chinese-Foreign University Presidents Forum on the 90th anniversary of Xidian University. On behalf of Xidian University, she represented Xidian University and invited the University Tunku Abdul Rahman to form the EMOOC Alliance, which is a platform that aims to educate online, build high-quality electronic information curriculum resources, and realize the joint training of college talents. Guo Tong expressed her wishes to take the renewal of the cooperation agreement between the two universities as an opportunity, promote all-round cooperation with the University Tunku Abdul Rahman, relying on our university's academic characteristics and the advantages of the eMOOC platform, to jointly embrace the time of "Artificial Intelligence + Education" together.

Lai Soon Onn introduced the basic information of University Tunku Abdul Rahman in terms of historical background, specialty of major, community service, and international cooperation. He said that University Tunku Abdul Rahman has carried out a series of international exchange activities during the epidemic. In the future, he hopes to explore new cooperation models with Xidian University and profound in-depth cooperation in scientific research, joint training, and student exchanges.

Chen Huilin expressed that the our universities responded to the national strategy and actively promoted educational exchanges with ASEAN countries, that the two universities already had broad prospects for cooperation. He expressed the hope that in the future, relying on respective advantages, the two universities will work together to explore new projects, establish a changeable cooperation network, and achieve common development with Southeast Asian universities.
