Professor Ma Jianfeng and Professor Chen Xiaofeng from the School of Cyber Engineering, Xidian University were included in the list. Professor Ma Jianfeng, is the candidate for the New Century National Hundred Thousand-and-Ten Thousand Talents Project, the leader of the Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education for Key Network and Information Security Technologies, and the cybersecurity excellent talent of the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission. He was selected as a highly cited researcher of ESI in the world in 2019. He serves as a director/member of the China Computer Federation, and a member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and the editorial board members of the Science China: Information Sciences/Chinese Journal of Electronics/Chinese Journal of Computers/Journal on Communications. Professor Ma has been engaged in the research of wireless network security, data security and other fields for a long time. He has developed the combinatorial security theory and proposed the key technology of wireless network security integration, which has constituted the core security technology of the air-space-ground integration network and the fifth-generation mobile communication system. Professor Chen Xiaofeng, is the Leading Scientist for the Ten-Thousand Talents Project, the Excellent Teacher of Network Security of the Internet Foundation, and the Leader of the Teaching Team of Cryptography in Shaanxi. He is a leading professor of HUASHAN at Xidian University and the deputy director of the Algorithm Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research. He serves as the editorial board member of IEEE TDSC, Journal of Cryptologic Research and other journals, and the General Chair of AisaCCS 2016, NSS 2014, and other international conferences.
