Overview
According to the major national needs and discipline frontiers, the School promotes basic research and the development of national defense equipment, expands advantageous fields, actively plans large projects and systems, produces first-classc research achievements represented by "basic theories that can lead technological development and technological innovation that can promote industry development", and accelerates the transformation and application of achievements in national defense and civil fields. It will provide technical and personnel support for major national needs, national economic construction ,and regional characteristic development, and build itself into a world-class discipline in Cyberspace Security and a research and high-level personnel training base which will be first-class in China and well known in the world.
